The purpose of this monthly gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to build community and deepen our practice of yoga - on and off the mat. I deeply believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know.
Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you will gain insight and tools to find inner peace and began the journey to self-heal.

This month's workshop is all about Gratitude. Do you have a gratitude practice? Have you been interested in starting a more intentional practice? Let's prioritize the sacred practice of appreciation and find nourishment within you and your life. Cultivate a habit of seeking the good - both inside and out.
