As we close out the year and step into the new, there’s no better time to pause, reflect, and set our intentions for what we want to call in for 2025. The Black New Moon Soirée is a special evening to gather as a community, share space, and align our hearts and minds as we step into the energy of the new moon and the new year.
Group Mandala Creation – Together, we’ll build a mandala using natural elements, inviting everyone to charge personal items like crystals, photos, and jewelry.
Movement & Meditation – Heart-centered movement and meditation to raise our energy and connect as a community.
Cacao – A nurturing cacao sipping to open our hearts and deepen our intentions.
Sound Bath – A short, soothing sound bath to relax and reset the nervous system.
Creative Station – After the ceremony, enjoy snacks and create a piece of intentional art to carry your new year’s vision.
Come set your intentions, and leave ready to step into 2025 with clarity and purpose.
Stephanie enjoys teaching & practicing an infusion of Hatha & Kundalini. She loves the body awareness that Hatha offers & enjoys the silliness & liberation Kundalini invokes. Her classes are always geared towards gentle & heart-centered w/ encouraged playfulness!
She appreciates community which she has found through Yoga and now she is grateful for the opportunity to create community for others within her own classes.
