Join us for a special Thanksgiving Day yoga class designed to help you relax, recharge, and connect with gratitude.

This one-hour experience combines a gentle, mindful flow to release tension and open the body, followed by a calming meditation to center the mind. We'll finish with soothing sound healing to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. 

Perfect for all levels, this class is a beautiful way to replenish your energy, and bring a warm, open heart into the holiday.

Meet your host

Kelly began Flow-based Hatha teacher training in 2013 and has not stopped practicing, learning and teaching yoga since then. She teaches Hatha, Gentle Flow, Chair, Kundalini, Flexibility, and Yin— incorporating healing music, breath awareness, meditation practices, and sound healing relaxation with the Gong and singing bowls.
