Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you decompress, connect, and honor
the turning of the season. Solstice Sound Bath + Acupuncture is an immersive experience
that will support you in relaxing your nervous system, releasing stored tension, and opening
space for deep embodiment and peace.
What to Expect
The event begins with gentle movement and a guided meditation, inviting you to transition from
the busyness of life into presence with yourself. From there, you’ll receive auricular (ear)
acupuncture while being enveloped in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. These synergistic
practices promote profound relaxation, helping to release stress from the body and mind. We
will conclude with a closing circle to ground and integrate the experience, leaving you with a
sense of renewal and connection.
Why Attend?

● Release built-up tension and stress in a safe, welcoming space.
