🌟Meditation Essentials – Calm the Heart, Quiet the Mind Workshop! 🌟

We are thrilled to invite you to a transformative 2-day journey into tranquility and inner peace led by Gurudhan & Dina
If you love practicing yoga but find it challenging to quiet the mind and have inner peace, then this Meditation Essentials is for you.

Join us:

January 25 & January 26
2-4 PM

Over the course of two afternoons, you will learn how to create the atmosphere and conditions that lead to a successful meditation practice.

Through the traditional teachings of Kundalini and Hatha yoga, you will learn simple but effective breath, movement, chanting, and concentration techniques that can transform your meditation practice and incorporate into your daily life.

Meet your hosts

Gurudhan has been practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga since 1971.

Emphasis is placed on explaining the physiological effects of Kundalini energy based on ancient Chinese traditional energy meridian lines and points as well as how breath technology effects our nerves and glands.

Gurudhan has taught Kundalini yoga in these cities:

New York City 1971 - 1997

Los Angeles 1998 - 2012

Austin 2013 - Present

His Kundalini classes will provide a strong physical workout, an opportunity to “deep relax” afterward, and a meditation at the end of class to elevate the soul.

TEACHING STYLES

Dina Robison is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor and a certified meditation instructor. Since receiving her first training in 2004, Dina has been teaching vinyasa yoga in New York City, Silicon Valley, and now in Hill Country, Texas. She has taught yoga to groups and private clients of all ages at top gyms, businesses, and yoga studios.
