Meet your hosts

I grew a very strong passion for Movement and studying the Body, it’s Functions, and Capabilities. With my studies in Kinesiology, I also use my Vinyasa practice as an opportunity to educate others about the anatomy of the body, how it functions, and the physiological benefits of asanas during a Flow
My teaching is diverse yet its foundation is rooted in Vinyasa, Functional Movements, and finding Union with the Breath. My Community Yoga certification has given me the tools to expand the message of Yoga and God has Blessed me to have taught in studios, community centers, schools, juvenile centers, and sports teams and to facilitate Men’s Workshops. Over the years, I have also been a Yoga ambassador at a number of studios in Austin, Texas.
