Downshift is a 90-minute immersive experience designed to guide your body out of constant “go mode” and into a state of deep regulation, safety, and restoration. Through a blend of slow, intentional yin shapes, myofascial release, breath work , and somatic practices, you’ll learn how to:

increase your capacity to feel and process
access true rest (not just collapse)
build a more resilient, regulated nervous system
