Nervous System Balancing Sound Bath At 3rd Eye
Sound baths are sonic massages for the mind and body, especially the subtle body. The fine vibrations of sound will deeply penetrate and untangle the kinks in neural connections of the nervous system that previously had you bound, stuck and contracted. Jennifer will guide you through a 90 minute field of the healing sounds of drums, singing bowls, chimes and gongs while incorporating methods of yoga nidra to harmonize the masculine and feminine currents of the nervous system, assist the body into surrender and relax the mind out of the body’s way so that the body can naturally regenerate and integrate.
