Weekly Download (2 Hour Extended Yoga) At 3rd Eye
This 2-hour extended class is designed to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically process the week, so you can enter your weekend feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected.

We begin with 75 minutes of mindful, slow-flow vinyasa — a grounding and spacious practice that links breath with movement to open the body, quiet the mind, and bring you into the present moment. This flow is intentional and unhurried, giving you space to move with awareness and release tension.

Then we shift inward with 30 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) to regulate your nervous system, increase energy flow, and create inner spaciousness. Breath becomes the bridge between body and mind, helping to clear residual stress or mental clutter.

We’ll close with 15 minutes of meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness, integrate the benefits of your practice, and leave with a sense of calm clarity.

This class is your opportunity to reset and renew — to unpack whatever the week has held, and make space for the weekend ahead.

All levels welcome. Come as you are — leave lighter.

FAQ

Yoga can help with emotional well-being like a soothing hug for your soul. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than talking to a therapist all day.

Yoga is like a circus performer, juggling multiple tasks at once. It improves your balance by strengthening your core and leg muscles, and it enhances your coordination by teaching you to move your body in sync with your breath. Just don't expect to run away and join the circus after a few classes.

Yin and yang yoga are like the yin and yang of the yoga world - they balance each other out. Yin yoga is slow and passive, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation, while yang yoga is more active and dynamic, focusing on building strength and heat.

Yoga can help improve focus and concentration like a mental workout for your brain. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can interfere with focus. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you stay present and focused.

Yoga is like a posture-perfecting superhero, swooping in to save you from a lifetime of slouching. It strengthens your core and back muscles, which helps to improve your posture. Plus, it's a lot more fun than wearing one of those posture-correcting devices that make you look like a robot.
