at North LoopThe Wheel of the Year Series: An invitation to live in rhythm with the seasons.
Through eight immersive gatherings, we'll explore each Sabbat through the lens of embodied wellness, seasonal wisdom, movement, ritual, breath, meditation, and sound.
Each gathering offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect with the body, honor the season we're in, and explore what its wisdom might have to teach us.
As the Wheel of the Year turns toward Samhain, we enter a season of transition, reflection, release, and turning inward.
Join Kayla and Ashley for an immersive evening exploring the ancient seasonal traditions of Samhain. This is an invitation to slow down, sit with the veil, and reconnect with yourself, your ancestors, and the rhythms of the Earth through the wisdom of the season.
10% of host proceeds from this event will be donated to Texas Tribal Buffalo Project and their mission. (TTBP)
The evening will include:
No prior yoga, dance, meditation, or breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are.
You are welcome to move, rest, reflect, receive, and experience the evening in whatever way feels right for you.
*Transformative breathwork is a guided, 35-45 min active meditation using rhythmic breath sequencing & holds to release & transform stored emotions in the body. Facilitators may use gentle hands-on techniques to assist in grounding.
Hands-on techniques are always optional.*
What to bring
Water, comfortable clothing, a journal and writing utensil, eye mask, and any additional items that will help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the evening.
Ashley is a Certified Transformative Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Life Coach. Whenever she was asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” her answer was always “I want to help people.” That initial statement has stayed consistent, though the method has evolved throughout time. With a background in sports, dance, personal training, medical care, and psychology, her mission in life is to explore the connection between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms to better understand the vastness of our humanity.
Ashley’s first love was Nature: the Water, the Mountains, the Trees, and the Animals. The peace, safety, wisdom, and healing power they offer so freely is something she strives to embody and share with others. With an affinity for the elements and the unique ways they manifest in all of us, Ashley’s approach to facilitation is one of reverence for the natural world and all the intricately woven threads of our humanity. She is deeply curious and committed to creating spaces of safety where others can explore the vast mystery of themselves.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys yoga, dance, wakesurfing, snowboarding, creating art, reading, exploring the natural world, connecting with the mystical, and of course, spending time with her husband, kids, dogs, family, and friends.
