Join Nina K. and Angelica P. for a two-hour immersive journey into ancestral memory and inner knowing.

During this workshop we will honor those in our ancestral lineage who came before us, even those we may not know of. This workshop will weave sound, stillness, movement, reflective journaling and creative expression into a single arc: an invitation to listen inward and receive whatever wisdom is waiting there for you to uncover.
Every one of us carries a lineage. You don't need to know your family history, feel close to your relatives, or have a particular ancestor in mind to take part. You may arrive thinking of someone specific, or you may arrive with no one at all, and find that something or someone meets you during this journey.

This will be a safe and inclusive space to explore whatever lineage you feel drawn to, however near or distant, known or unknown. Many people are surprised by what surfaces: a message, an image, a felt sense of guidance from an ancestor or higher guidance they didn't realize they were already carrying within themselves.

We will create a small, personal keepsake honoring what or who came through for you. Something tangible to bring home and keep close or place on an home altar. No artistic experience needed.

What to Bring:

A journal and your favorite pen (paper and pens will be provided if you forget)
Yoga mat (studio has some if you don’t have your own).
Water bottle
If you'd like, a small photo or small object connected to an ancestor
An open mind and open heart

Angelica P.

Angelica Padilla is a certified yoga teacher (500 RYT) and a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, supervised by Lupe Garcia, LPC-S & LMFT-S. Her work lives at the intersection of body, mind, spirit and creativity. In both individual sessions with her clients and in workshops, she weaves together holding sacred spaces, somatic movement, reflective journaling, and art-based practices, believing that insight often arrives more readily through movement, breath, and artistic self expression than through just talking alone. Her approach is gentle, unhurried, and grounded in the conviction that everyone carries within them their own inherent wisdom.
