What to expect:
We’ll start with a slow, easy-to-follow yoga flow with Jennifer - focused on gentle movement, deep breathing, and opening the chest and shoulders (where we tend to hold stress).
Darlene will be DJing live, creating a calming, immersive soundtrack to move and breathe to.
After yoga, you’ll lie down and receive a sound healing session to help your nervous system relax and your body fully unwind.
We’ll also share ceremonial cacao - a warm, rich drink made from pure cacao that can help you feel more open, present, and connected.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, guarded, disconnected, or just needing a reset… this night is for you.

Jennifer has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Her classes are anchored in breathwork, mindful movement, alignment-based biomechanics, and yogic philosophy. Whether teaching foundational or advanced asanas, the movements and postures explored in her classes are used as tools for self-awareness, exploration, and growth. Jennifer’s goal is to guide students away from a performance-based practice, and into one of presence.
