This deep and subtle, quiet practice will target the deepest tissues of your body to promote better circulation, flexibility, and greater joint mobility. Expect a series of long-held, deep stretching poses and enjoy the time to ease stress and anxiety and promote stillness of mind and body.

The final relaxation includes sound healing, with singing bowls, gong, rain sticks, mantras etc...that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.

Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details

This slower-paced flow class connects breath with movement. You'll be constantly moving from one pose to the next, without stopping between positions. The teacher guides you through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance.Classes typically start with simple stretches, move into a sequence where you're always in motion, and end with relaxing poses. The teacher gives step-by-step instructions and shows easier or harder options for each position. This class works for everyone - beginners get simpler options while more experienced students can try more challenging versions. You'll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed.Read class details

I've been going to this studio for a year now. It is a wonderful place, great vibe, nice yoga teachers. After many years of not doing yoga it's nice to have classes that are doable for a beginner. The Hatha and Deep Chill classes are perfect for that. The Flow classes greatly differ in difficulty and intensity depending on who is teaching, but great workout! Love how Valentyna will make sure you are in the right position for different moves, and come around and check on form. My only wish is this studio offered Hatha on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. :-)

I have been meaning to get back into yoga for years. My therapist recommended Flow Yoga because the place I used to go closed and I’m so mad at myself for not going sooner! Flow Yoga is amazing. I love that they have so many different locations! Their $30 for 30 days made trying it so easy. They have Manduka mats to use for free and all of the props you could think of. They offer many different types of yoga classes to choose from. I go right after work the days I go into the office and the class I attend completely releases all of the stress I had from the day. My body is sore in places that haven’t been sore like ever- the good kind of sore; and I’ve found what I consider yoga when I think of yoga. This place is very authentic, they have a cute little like sun room where you can drink hot tea for free- at the Cedar Park location and going here has quickly changed my life in such a positive way. I would highly recommend. I literally bring it up to everyone I talk to. I wish I could share this sense of tranquility with everyone.

i started at flow three weeks ago on their $30 trial package and absolutely fell in love. i'm completely new to yoga and flow has been such a welcoming, supportive environment with a nice variety of classes to try. i've tried almost all the classes they offer at flow cedar park and i walk out of every class thinking it was my favorite one! i never feel out of place and truly feel free to explore what works for my mind, body, and experience level. the instructors are great at cultivating mindfulness in class and i'm able to truly let go of all other thoughts/stress for the hour that i'm in yoga. props and mats are free to use in the studio, which is especially helpful for beginners. everyone is so friendly and the community that's been built around flow is really apparent. it immediately feels so peaceful when you walk inside and it makes it easy to get into the mindset for mindfulness and meditation. i liked flow so much i brought my mom and a friend to try it out, and they both also love it. my mom has some injury-related mobility issues and she loves the flexibility & mobility class. my favorite class so far has been flow, which has a good amount of movement but feels totally doable as a complete beginner. i recommend trying as many classes and instructors as you can on the $30 trial package to find what works best!

Flow Yoga has become one of our favorite places to recharge. My husband and I both love going to classes here — it’s a space that feels genuinely welcoming, grounded, and full of good energy. Carolina, the owner and a wonderful teacher, has created a beautiful, community-centered environment. All the instructors are great — each with their own unique style, but always thoughtful and supportive. The vibe is easygoing and inclusive, and there’s a real sense of connection that makes it more than just a place to work out. They offer so many different classes throughout the week — from flow and kundalini to deep chill, sound healing, and more. It’s incredibly helpful to have such a variety right in our neighborhood. Whether we need to reset, move, or just breathe, Flow Yoga always delivers. Highly recommend!

Nice studio

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate Flow Yoga. I have been practicing for over a decade, and Flow is by far my favorite yoga studio. The ambiance is excellent and inviting, the classes are evenly balanced and diverse, but most importantly each and every instructor gives an earnest effort to ensure that everyone is getting something out of the class. They have always been fair with my on billing, and the fact that I can hop into other studios around Austin is a huge bonus. When life gets a little stormy Flow Yoga is where I find myself again, my home away from home. More than recommended, it’s essential.

FAQ

Yoga helps with posture like a tailor, making sure everything fits just right. It can help improve alignment, strengthen core muscles, and increase body awareness. Plus, it's a lot more fun than standing in front of a mirror with a measuring tape.

To know if you're doing a yoga pose correctly, channel your inner detective. Observe your alignment, check in with your breath, and listen to your body. If something feels off, make adjustments or ask your instructor for guidance. Remember, it's not about being perfect – it's about finding what works best for your body.

How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.

Yoga helps with flexibility like a ballet dancer, helping you move gracefully and fluidly. It can help improve posture, increase range of motion, and reduce the risk of injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than trying to pirouette in a tutu.

Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.
