Join us for a transformative experience that harmonizes the calming power of Sound Healing with the mindfulness of a traditional Chinese Kung Fu Tea Ceremony. This unique journey invites you to experience the elegance and intentionality of an ancient tea ritual, while nourishing both body and spirit.
You will savor two exquisite teas, Pu-erh and Tie Guan Yin, sourced from their origins in China. Both teas, aged for eight years, offer rich, layered flavors and a range of health benefits. As we share this tea, we create a space of safety, connection, and gratitude, where each participant is invited to be present just as they are. Your emotions are honored, your path respected, and your presence cherished.
Together, we embrace the present moment, allowing each sip to become a mindful act of healing and reverence.
Following the tea ceremony, you'll be guided into a serene sound bath meditation, featuring crystal singing bowls, Zaphir chimes, African rattles, an ocean drum, and other sacred instruments. This gentle sound journey will help you release external stresses, ground your energy, and open your heart.
