at Cedar ParkFeeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself?
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, we can forget to slow down and turn inward.
Join us for an evening centered on deep rest, nervous system support and genuine renewal, a space where restoration can unfold at your own pace.
This immersive experience offers gentle, intentional co-regulation through breath, movement, sound, stillness, and shared experience, with individual energetic facilitation offered during the sound bath.*
Our time together includes:
• Opening circle and intention setting
• Heart coherence and breath regulation practice
• Gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest
• Guided relaxation
• Immersive sound bath
• Individual energetic facilitation to support deeper relaxation, regulation, and inner connection
• Closing integration circle for reflection and sharing
Come enjoy a date night with yourself; a peaceful pause from the demands of daily life.
You will leave feeling more centered, connected, resourced, and renewed.
No experience necessary.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
*Energetic facilitation incorporates light touch and hands-off techniques that support the flow of energy through the body, inviting greater ease, balance, and connection with your own innate resources and wholeness. Participation is always optional.
Rebecca Boswell is a professional ICF certified coach, yoga and meditation teacher, energy facilitator, and lifelong student of the mind-body connection. Drawing from decades of experience in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, energy work, and coaching, she creates compassionate spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access their own innate clarity and wholeness. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation begins with presence, self-awareness, and a regulated nervous system. Her intention is to help people experience greater ease in life, even when life isn’t easy.
