Join us for a hands-on soapmaking session using simple, all-natural ingredients! In this 90-minute class, we’ll make a nourishing, unscented soap that’s gentle enough for skin and hair. Together, we’ll explore the basics of traditional cold-process soapmaking using olive oil, goat milk, castor oil, and lye. To make each bar extra special, we’ll decorate them with dried lavender flowers and rose petals.The lye will be safely pre-mixed with liquid to minimize handling risk, but care is still required. Heated & non heated vinyasa flows are my favorite and Keely & Lindzi are amazing instructors! You can tell they practice yoga consistently and love it because they lead the class gracefully which makes it easy to flow along with them. And they know how to incorporate faster rhythms and challenges with time under tension. You get stretching, strengthening and some yummy chai tea to sip on after class.

I absolutely love Flow Yoga in Georgetown, Tx! The atmosphere is so calm and welcoming, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend FLOW YOGA. The leadership is fantastic and the rooms are super clean. My favorite class is Yoga Nidra, with Meditation & Sound. I’m still just in my first weeks of Yoga at the Georgetown studio, but I’ve been impressed! I’ve been trying several different styles to see what fits my needs and love the options. As a beginner, my favorite has been slow flow, but I love Hatha Yoga and Yin + Sound as well. Before and after the classes it’s easy to speak with instructors about movement questions. I found that very helpful because I felt like the instructor made sure to casually mention accommodations that I needed during the class. The studio itself is very clean and relaxing. I can tell they are building a positive community. I’m glad to find a place to move and strengthen my body in the gentle way I need right now in conjunction with my other low impact exercises.
