Angela has been teaching yoga since 2010 and holds a BS in Elementary Education. She is an experienced registered yoga teacher at the 500+ hour level (E-RYT 500), a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®) in Flow Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Training program. She specializes in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Chair Yoga. With over 12 years experience as a sound healing practitioner, she created and leads Flow Yoga’s Sound Healing Training program.

Angela has studied advanced forms of Reiki and is a Master Teacher in Tibetan, Usui, and Karuna Ki. She studied Sound Therapy through the following respected programs: Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest (formerly Sound Therapy of Austin), and Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School (where she is currently in advanced studies). She is known for her one on one Sound Healing + Reiki sessions, as well as in the yoga community for her regularly scheduled classes and special events: various yoga workshops, Restorative with Sound, Full Moon Yoga + Sound Ceremony.

Angela’s style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her classes are always welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.

Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props).We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Read class details
