Kundalini Yoga Practices for Women: A Pathway to Self-Awareness, Healing, and Wellness

Join Kelly & Steff for an empowering Kundalini workshop designed for women seeking to deepen their connection with themselves and their innate feminine energy. This gathering offers a supportive space for women to explore and embrace their inner strength, cultivate self-awareness, and enhance their journey through womanhood.
 
This workshop is structured to provide a holistic, simple, experiential approach to managing physical, mental and emotional well-being through Kundalini Yoga practices targeted to address common challenges faced by women.

We will explore Kundalini Yoga through a combination of:
 
~Breathwork
~Mantra (chanting)
~Kriya (poses and movement)
~Meditation
~Sound healing using the gong and other healing
instruments. 
 
This tradition is centered around the foundational concept of connecting to the True Self, or "Sat Nam" and freeing blocked energy in the body by balancing the chakras and
clearing the energy channels. This yoga works directly on the nerves and the glands with very quick results.
 
Everyone will leave with tools to use at home for increasing self-awareness, healing, and overall wellness. You will also learn the basic flow of a Kundalini Yoga class.

Meet your host ---

Kelly began Flow-based Hatha teacher training in 2013 and has not stopped practicing, learning and teaching yoga since then. She teaches Hatha, Gentle Flow, Chair, Kundalini, Flexibility, and Yin— incorporating healing music, breath awareness, meditation practices, and sound healing relaxation with the Gong and singing bowls.
