Allow yourself to steep in supported, grounded poses as we  work deeply to unwind connective tissues to support the flow and even distribution of vital energy to the body.

This late night offering will leave you feeling gooey in the best possible way and help you to ease into a restful night's sleep. 

Multiple props will be used to cradle your body. We have props available for use but you may like to bring your own of the following to get extra cozy: yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster/pillow, eye mask.
