Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.Read class details

RestorativeBreathwork and Sound Healing is a meditative practice designed to guide you inward, inviting you to connect with the subtle dimensions of your awareness. With every breath, you will uncover deeper layers of yourself, revealing moments of liberation, clarity, and profound self-realization.Each session is unique, and you will receive exactly what you need in the moment. As you journey through the breathwork, you will be gently supported by meditation, sound healing, and a peaceful savasana, allowing you to integrate and ground the transformativeenergies you’ve accessed.Come as you are—this class is for everyone, and you will leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Finally leaving a review, since I usually forget due to how relaxed I am each time I visit! I can’t stress enough how happy I am that this place exists. No matter the mood I’m in, their drinks are the perfect pick me up and I’m here weekly. My go-to is the Goddess energy with a little bit of honey, but the whole menu is good! Friendly staff too, but I do wish there was some type of reward system.

I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the social side, coming to the lounge is always a comforting place to be, it is one of the friendliest places in Austin. I always look forward to spending time in the lovely community. Thanks Bart Shar

FAQ

How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.

Yoga is like a gentle cardio workout for your heart. It gets your blood flowing, strengthens your heart muscle, and can help lower blood pressure. Plus, you don't have to worry about your heart skipping a beat when you see your yoga instructor – unless they're really, really attractive.

Yoga is like a self-esteem superhero! It helps you build strength, flexibility, and balance, which can boost your confidence. Plus, the mindfulness aspect of yoga teaches you to be kinder to yourself and appreciate your body for what it can do, rather than how it looks.

Yoga helps with immune function like a superhero, boosting your body's defenses and helping you fight off illness and disease. It can help reduce stress, improve circulation, and increase overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than getting a flu shot.

Yoga can help with chronic pain and injury recovery like a physical therapist for your body. It can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and increase strength. Plus, it's a lot more fun than going to physical therapy all day.
