Voice and Pure Vibration with Gregory & Mae: a Sound Healing Experience At 3rd Eye with Mae Deevy and G.
As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This 60-minute experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls as well as the purest of vocal harmonies... and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Some may wish to bring an eye mask (optional). No experience is required - come as you are.
Gregory & Mae are both members of the conscious indie sound healing band, "Mystic Revival." Connect with the band on Instagram @mysticrevivalband
Yoga mats are provided although you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring anything to make yourself extra comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.

What started as a tiny studio with friends, Flow is now one of the fastest growing wellness brands and headed up by a powerhouse of women.
About FlowWith locations all over Austin and memberships that get you unlimited yoga at all Flow locations, we've got you covered.
Yoga can help with insomnia like a lullaby for your mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can interfere with sleep. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and fall asleep more easily.
Yoga helps with mental clarity like a pair of glasses, helping you see things more clearly. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce mental clutter, and increase focus and concentration. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than wearing glasses.
Yoga helps with pregnancy like a prenatal vitamin, providing nourishment and support for both mother and baby. It can help you prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill.
Yoga is like a supportive friend for your recovery. It can help with addiction recovery by reducing stress, improving self-awareness, and teaching you to cope with difficult emotions. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a support group all day.
If you have an injury, think of yourself as a master chef adapting a recipe. You can modify yoga poses by using props like blocks or straps, or simply by adjusting your alignment. And remember, it's better to be safe than sorry – no one wants to end up with a yoga-induced injury that puts them out of commission for weeks.
