at North LoopYoga Nidra can be defined as 'yogic sleep'. It is a state of restful awareness as we are guided through the layers of the body accessing a deep sense of relaxation. It has been said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivelant 3 or more hours of deep sleep.
We will follow this guided relaxation with a sound bath of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Gong. Take an hour for yourself to rest deeply and see what shifts.
