Women's Circle: Connection and Renewal

Each session, we’ll gather in community around a new theme and focus.

This gathering is a welcoming space for women of all ages to connect, create, and support one another through life’s many stages. We’ll cultivate a strong sense of community while reconnecting with our bodies through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing.

Come as you are, leave feeling nourished, connected, and inspired.
