FAQ

Yoga is like a soothing balm for stress and anxiety, helping to calm your mind and relax your body. It teaches you to focus on your breath and be present in the moment, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime of therapy sessions.

The etiquette for a yoga class is pretty simple - just be respectful of your fellow yogis, don't hog the space, and try not to fart during savasana. Oh, and remember to turn off your phone - nobody wants to hear your latest TikTok during their downward dog.

Yoga helps with stress and anxiety like a superhero cape, giving you the power to overcome your fears and worries. It can help you learn to breathe through challenging situations, increase resilience, and reduce the physical symptoms of stress. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than wearing a cape.

The breath is like the DJ of your yoga practice - it sets the rhythm and keeps everything flowing smoothly. It helps you stay focused, calm, and connected to your body as you move through the poses.

Yoga for seniors is like a fountain of youth, only without the creepy side effects of drinking from one. It can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Plus, it's a great way to stay active and social in a supportive and welcoming environment. Who needs bingo when you can do downward dog?
