Chair Yoga At Flow Yoga Online with Sirgun K.

Chair Yoga offers a gentle approach to yoga where all positions are done either sitting in a chair or using the chair for support while standing. You won't need to get up or down from the floor, making this perfect for those with limited mobility.

During class, you'll practice simple stretches, gentle twists, and modified yoga poses adapted to use with a chair. The teacher demonstrates how to use the chair to safely improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance balance without strain.

Each session includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Classes move at a slow, comfortable pace with clear, step-by-step instructions.

Suitable for all abilities - wheelchair users welcome.

Kundalini Yoga in Global Texas on 2025-06-14 at 9 - 10:15am

Flow Yoga Online in Global Texas Phoebe W.

Kundalini Yoga combines powerful breathing techniques, dynamic movements, and focused meditation to awaken energy in your body. Classes typically include repetitive movements (called "kriyas"), specific breathing patterns, chanting, and meditation that work together to balance your glandular system and strengthen immunity. Unlike other yoga styles, Kundalini sessions often feature rapid breathing, rhythmic movements, and holding positions while breathing in specific patterns. These practices help release stored tension, increase mental clarity, and create a sense of emotional balance and wellbeing. Suitable for all abilities - every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness level. Pro tip: Each teacher brings their unique approach to Kundalini Yoga. Try at least 5 different classes to experience the wide variety of exercises and techniques this practice offers.Learn more about KundaliniRead class details

Beautiful studio space, and the instructors have all been very welcoming and accommodating. Love it here

Nice, quiet studio, a wide variety of classes, plus a welcoming, enlightened and no-pressure atmosphere. I haven't practiced yoga in years, and Flow offers a range of options to help with that transition back. Highly recommended for yoga beginners, intermediates and pros.

Flow yoga is one of the best studio experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is SO welcoming and kind. They offer a wide variety of classes and even have fun events like yoga & comedy. It’s also spacious and clean. The vibes are immaculate and I love ending class in the lobby with tea or cacao. Their introductory month for $30 is great too, I’ve convinced my mom to join me too. Thank you!

Great studio with motivations teachers. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The studio not only offers hot yoga classes but also relaxing yin and stretching options with sound baths included.

Flow Yoga Westgate is wonderful! They have lots of different classes and tons of time frames to fit a busy schedule. Everything about the studio is top notch!

I'm so glad to have found a yoga studio close to my apartment!!! I like that in your first month, you can try out as many different classes as you want, so you can find out what kind of yoga and/or instructor(s) you like. I've been going to hot Vinyasa once a week, and it's been a great addition to my fitness routine. Would recommend! Also Enrique is awesome (: you should definitely take a class with him.

Easily the best, most affordable, and most welcoming yoga studio I've ever been to! I just joined about a month ago on the new member plan, the fact that I've gone to dozens of classes already for only $30? ... insane! Honestly, I think the unlimited plan is so so worth it if you're looking to go more than once a week, too. I used to frequent another studio in austin and eventually stopped my membership because the cost was not sustainable for me and I never really.. clicked with the classes. Every class there either felt too challenging or too relaxing. But here, I don't feel that at all! Every single teacher has been so welcoming, always include plenty of options to modify poses and have very unique touches to their classes. Plus the actual space is gorgeous at the Westgate studio!! I've already renewed my membership for the next month and can easily see myself staying for a long time to come

I love flow yoga guys, classes are amazing and North loop location is super nice. Third eye is just perfect in any way. Teachers are professional and super patient. I am upgrading to unlimited classes after 2 months only.

The space is always clean and welcoming. A beautiful addition to the Georgetown community!!!

Michele A. May 15, 2025

I’m still just in my first weeks of Yoga at the Georgetown studio, but I’ve been impressed! I’ve been trying several different styles to see what fits my needs and love the options. As a beginner, my favorite has been slow flow, but I love Hatha Yoga and Yin + Sound as well. Before and after the classes it’s easy to speak with instructors about movement questions. I found that very helpful because I felt like the instructor made sure to casually mention accommodations that I needed during the class. The studio itself is very clean and relaxing. I can tell they are building a positive community. I’m glad to find a place to move and strengthen my body in the gentle way I need right now in conjunction with my other low impact exercises.
