Holotropic Awakening: A Healing Breathwork Experience At 3rd Eye with Sam P.

Holotropic Awakening is a powerful and transformative practice that can lead to profound healing and personal growth. Through deep accelerated breathing, as well as, combining inhalation and exhalation into a cycle of continuous breath, the sounds of powerful chakrally anglined music induce a deep form of meditation and a sort of psychedelic experience i.e.Holotropic Awakening. This altered state of consciousness allows us to access deeper parts of ourselves. This can lead to greater self-awareness, releasing blocked energy and emotion, increased creativity, and a sense of connection to the universe. In this Holotropic Awakening experience, you will be guided by experienced facilitator Sam Pullen who will create a safe and supportive environment for your journey. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar path of self-discovery. If you're looking to explore the depths of your being and unlock your full potential, Holotropic Awakening may be just what you need. Sign up today and experience the transformative power of Holotropic Awakening for yourself!

Things to consider:

If you live with the following conditions, this experience may not be for you.

Cardiovascular issues

High blood pressure

Recent injury or surgery

Any condition requiring regular medication

Panic attacks

Psychosis and seizure disorders

How to prepare:

wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. It is

completely acceptable to wear pajama-type clothes for your breathwork

sessions. Most likely you will want socks for the breathwork sessions

A warm sweater, wrap, or blanket to wrap around yourself

Blankets, Mats, Pillows

You will be laying on the floor for more than one hours, so you are encouraged to

bring as many blankets, sleeping bags, thick mats so that you are as comfortable as possible. You will basically be creating a nice padded nest for yourself. It’s better to over-prepare than under prepare in this case. You don’t want to be preoccupied with a sore back or discomfort. In addition to blankets, you will want to bring a couple of pillows as well and a bolster if you have one.

Eyeshades/Masks/Scarfs – something that can serve as a blindfold during your

breathing session. You will want something that is secure around your eyes, so

an eye pillow would not suffice.

If you are sensitive to loud music, you may want to bring earplugs just in case.

Breathwork Yoga in austin Texas Breathwork yoga details

Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. Breathwork is directly translated into Pranayama. In Sanskrit, Prana means vital energy and Yama means restraint. In this class, we will explore the ebb and flow of your ‘life force energy’.Working with this breath is equally restorative as it is transformative. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization.Your experience will be different every time you attend and you will always receive exactly what you need. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process.Come as you are, everyone is welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

The cacao here is good, and the vibes are amazing. It’s the kind of place where you run into awesome people whose very presence brings you peace and joy.

I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the social side, coming to the lounge is always a comforting place to be, it is one of the friendliest places in Austin. I always look forward to spending time in the lovely community. Thanks Bart Shar

FAQ

Yoga is like a soothing lullaby for your body's aches and pains. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles, all of which can contribute to reducing chronic pain. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime supply of pain relievers.

Yoga is like a peaceful hike in the woods, while Pilates is like a high-intensity workout at the gym. Both practices can improve strength, flexibility, and posture, but yoga has a more spiritual and meditative focus, while Pilates is more focused on core strength and control.

Yoga helps with injury recovery like a physical therapist, providing gentle and supportive movements to aid in the healing process. It can help improve flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and increase overall mobility. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than going to a physical therapy appointment.

Yoga can help improve mental clarity like a brain-boosting smoothie. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can cloud your thoughts. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you stay present and focused.

Yoga is like a personal trainer for your muscles. It can help improve muscle tone by strengthening and stretching your muscles. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer to follow you around all day.
