Like moving through a thick glob of Honey, this Flow class brings you into your body by slowing down the breath and weaving the body with spirit through space and time. Ashlyn guides intuitively from the heart while she shares the potent practices of Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra, Mantra and all levels Asana. Her San Kulpa (Intention) is for her students to tap into their already existing omnipotent and omnipresent BLISS. Her specialty lies within deep relaxation through moving meditations.
