Honey Flow Yoga At 3rd Eye with Ashlyn Z.

Ashlyn’s style is wild by nature "never rushed yet always accomplished" with ease and effort. Like moving through a thick glob of Honey, this Flow class brings you into your body by slowing down the breath and weaving the body with spirit through space and time. Ashlyn guides intuitively from the heart while she shares the potent practices of Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra, Mantra and all levels Asana. Her San Kulpa (Intention) is for her students to tap into their already existing omnipotent and omnipresent BLISS. Her specialty lies within deep relaxation through moving meditations.

Clairvoyance is the ability to read and see energy through your third eye. It is the most effective and neutral way to connect to your intuition and subconscious for clarity, healing, and understanding. Over the course of 60 minutes, Ravelle will first teach you a system and a structure to follow that will gives you the legend key to tap into anywhere you need to go within your subconscious with a deep level of awareness and trust. This will then be put into practice through a guided meditation in class. The subconscious mind and soul are vast and overwhelming, the system that Ravelle will teach you will help you navigate this unlimited space within yourself with clarity and awareness. By learning Clairvoyance, you’ll not only learn how to move energy within yourself for healing, but you’ll also be given the roadmap on how to access your subconscious so that you may find answers on a soul level. This class is for all levels of learning, whether you are someone who struggles to trust themselves, a spiritual enthusiast looking to learn the tools to tap deeper into themselves, or an energy healer looking to expand their toolkit—this class is valuable and transformative for all.

Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. Breathwork is directly translated into Pranayama. In Sanskrit, Prana means vital energy and Yama means restraint. In this class, we will explore the ebb and flow of your ‘life force energy’. Working with this breath is equally restorative as it is transformative. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization. Your experience will be different every time you attend and you will always receive exactly what you need. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process. Come as you are, everyone is welcome.   Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Love this cacao bar! They sell both cups of cacao, as well as blocks of cacao from all over Central America, including Cacao Source and Nantli Cacao from Guatemala. The only thing I wish could be improved is their sustainability efforts. Every cup of cacao is served in a single use coffee cup. Maybe one day they could offer reusable mugs or cups for customers dining in. All in all, it’s a wonderful space and I highly recommend checking it out in Austin!

The meditation here is so good you’ll end up with more cacao than you can move in a 30 day period. What is your refund policy btw?

FAQ

A typical yoga class is like a good movie - it lasts long enough to tell a story, but not so long that you start to nod off. Most classes run between 60-90 minutes, but there are also shorter and longer options available, depending on your schedule and attention span.

There are many different types of yoga, each with their own focus and approach. Some of the most common include:

  • Ashtanga: a dynamic and physically demanding practice
  • Bikram: a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room
  • Iyengar: a meticulous style that emphasizes proper alignment and the use of props
  • Kundalini: a spiritual practice that involves chanting, meditation, and dynamic movement
  • Restorative: a gentle practice that uses props to support the body in passive postures.

Expect to feel like a human pretzel at times, but don't worry, you'll eventually become a master of the art of twisting and bending. You'll also likely experience a sense of calm and relaxation, and possibly even a newfound appreciation for your body and its capabilities.

Yoga is like a lullaby for your body. It can help improve your sleep quality by reducing stress, calming your mind, and promoting relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting sheep all night.

Yoga helps with stress reduction like a warm bath, only without the pruney fingers. It can help calm the mind, lower cortisol levels, and increase relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more invigorating than soaking in a tub.
