Hand Warmers: Disposable and reusable hand warmers are crucial for staying warm in cold weather.
Feminine Hygiene Products: Tampons, pads, liners
New Snacks: Non-perishable, easy-to-eat snacks like granola bars, trail mix, nuts, and fruit.
Warm Clothing: Scarves, mittens, and warm hats.
Donations can also be made via Venmo: @flowyogatx
All donations will be distributed to local organizations serving individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

Yoga for seniors is like a fountain of youth, only without the creepy side effects of drinking from one. It can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Plus, it's a great way to stay active and social in a supportive and welcoming environment. Who needs bingo when you can do downward dog?
Yoga is like a lullaby for your body. It can help improve your sleep quality by reducing stress, calming your mind, and promoting relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting sheep all night.
Yoga helps with mindfulness like a GPS for your mind, guiding you towards the present moment. It can help you learn to focus your attention, reduce distractions, and increase self-awareness. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.
Choosing the right yoga class is like picking a movie to watch – you want to find one that matches your mood and interests. Check out different studios, read class descriptions, and don't be afraid to ask questions. And remember, if you end up in a class that's not quite your cup of tea, there's always the next one.
Well, imagine trying to pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Now imagine doing that while standing on one leg and reciting the alphabet backward. That's what yoga does for your coordination – it teaches you to be a multitasking ninja, gracefully moving through poses while keeping your balance and focus.
