Voice & Energy: A Movement and Sound Journey At Flow Yoga Westgate
In this 2.5 hour energy and sound immersion, you’ll be guided into a movement and kundalini based practice that supports a grounded practice to open the heart, lungs and throat.

Learn vocal toning through the chakras, simple but powerful mantras to connect you to your unique sound and enjoy some group vocal exercises to break the ice.

Beginner's mind and a playful heart are the only requirements!

You’ll enjoy a mini sound bath, receiving the vibration of crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, flute and harmonium.

Finally, we will close our circle using journaling prompts specific to self expression, voice, confidence and bringing your unique imprint into the world. Please bring a journal and pen.

This workshop is for:

Those interested in sound, breath, and energy in an approachable way
Anyone feeling disconnected from their voice or self-expression
