at Cedar ParkA 2 ½ hour meditation, sound bath and Community Dinner hosted by Gurudhan and Beth
Join us in welcoming the Summer Solstice — a turning point of renewal, illumination, and deep nourishment.
We’ll begin with a 2½‑hour Kirtan Kriya meditation (Sa Ta Na Ma), a mantra that carries the vibration of renewal and inner evolution. Practicing it on the threshold of the Solstice helps clear old patterns, brighten intuitive awareness, and prepare the mind and heart for the shift from outward action into inner nourishment. This long, rhythmic practice creates a steady inner current — a way of aligning with the season’s invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect with the Light within.
5:00 PM — Meditation Begins
Attendees are welcome to stand, stretch, or take breaks at any time during the practice. You’re invited to bring any support items that may enhance comfort during this seated meditation. This is a spacious, supportive experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.
7:30 PM — Restorative Sound Bath
We’ll transition into a deep, restorative sound bath, allowing the mantra’s vibration to settle into the body and integrate.
8:00 PM — Community Dinner
We’ll share a vegetarian dinner from Star of India, enjoying grounding, nourishment, and connection together.
The Summer Solstice marks the moment when the light reaches its peak — a season of joy, clarity, and renewal. It also opens the doorway into Cancer season, a time connected to home, family, emotional wellbeing, and the art of nurturing ourselves and one another.
This gathering is designed to help you align and prepare for the Solstice, tending your inner flame, honoring your growth, and stepping into the season with steadiness and intention. Together, we’ll anchor into the commitment to spread light — within and outward — to help restore balance in ourselves and in the world.
