Stephanie enjoys teaching & practicing an infusion of Hatha & Kundalini. She loves the body awareness that Hatha offers & enjoys the silliness & liberation Kundalini invokes. Her classes are always geared towards gentle & heart-centered w/ encouraged playfulness!
She appreciates community which she has found through Yoga and now she is grateful for the opportunity to create community for others within her own classes & her studio.
Kelly began Flow-based Hatha teacher training in 2013 and has not stopped practicing, learning and teaching yoga since then.
