Awaken: Breathwork + Meditation At 3rd Eye with Claire S.
We begin with activating breathwork and emotional release, shedding yesterday's worries and embracing the new day with a light heart. As the energy settles, we smoothly transition into gentle, calming breathwork and meditation, nurturing inner tranquility to keep you present and connected throughout the day. Morning meditation and breathwork not only build a strong sense of community and shared purpose but also tap into the morning's enchanting energy, amplifying the benefits of these practices and fostering personal growth, motivation, and accountability. Together, we harness the transformative magic of the morning for a profoundly uplifting start to the day.
