Hypnosis for Your Highest Self At 3rd Eye with Mae S.

In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.

Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are.

This class is an invitation to slow down and gently turn inward. Through a combination of Yin Yoga and mindful stretching, we create space in the body and stillness in the mind — softening into each posture, allowing tension to melt, and inviting a deep sense of presence.Postures are held for several minutes to target the deeper connective tissues, cultivating patience, awareness, and quiet introspection. This is not about effort or striving, but about listening, noticing, and honoring your inner landscape.Whether you're here to release physical tightness, calm your nervous system, or simply take a pause, this class offers a grounded and supportive environment for personal exploration and rest. All levels are welcome. Come as you are — no experience necessary.  Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Designed to cultivate presence, balance, and inner stillness, this practice blends gentle, flowing sequences with longer-held postures, allowing time to explore alignment, breath, and the subtleties of movement.Rooted in the deeper teachings of yoga, each class weaves in elements of yogic philosophy—from the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, or other classical texts—offering reflections on themes such as non-attachment, self-study, compassion, and inner strength. Through mindful movement and philosophical inquiry, you’ll be invited to explore how the practice extends beyond the mat into everyday life. This class is open to all levels and is ideal for those seeking a slower, more introspective practice that nourishes both body and mind.Read class details

When you clear, you become clear. In a world of constant stimulation, mental overwhelm, and chronic stress, many of us have become detached, disconnected, and numb. Somatic Breathwork is a practice that brings you back into the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the heart.Through intentional, connected breathing, you’ll release what’s been suppressed or repressed, regulate your nervous system, and open to elevated emotions, higher vision, and moments of clarity. This isn’t about pushing or performing — it’s about deep listening. Honoring what you feel and giving yourself permission to let it move, so you can set yourself free.In community, you’ll be supported to go deeper — reminded that you are safe, connected, and never alone. Each session is unique, but you can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your authentic self.Come as you are. Breathe. Release. Remember. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Best cacao! True & powerful cacao. Serene, peaceful energy in the whole place. Great people all around… excited to try more!

Jeff D. July 15, 2025

Third Eye Cacao, the most diverse cacao and wellness oriented cafe i have ever visited. This is a phenomenal place for not only grounding with lovely authentic and ethically sourced cacao, but also to meet soulful people, make meaningful connections, and enjoy the fengshue for studying and rejuvination. Words cannot do justice to the full experience. You should come and find out for yourself why this gem in casa de luz among many other beautiful stores and spaces is one to remember. Thankyou ❤️‍🔥

I’ve never met anyone more willing to serve and support community without expecting anything in return. Neil operates from a place of love and authentic intention. Grateful for his support and friendship. If you are in need of inspiration, wisdom, or the best cacao, look no further. ♥️

I stopped in for a cup of cocoa, expecting comfort, but what I got was ceremony. The kind of drink that feels like it was made with intention, not just ingredients. A haven in every sense: soft lighting, grounding presence, and offerings that feel more like rituals than menu items. Deepest gratitude to the creators of this space, you’ve stirred something calm and nourishing into the world, one cup at a time.

Finally leaving a review, since I usually forget due to how relaxed I am each time I visit! I can’t stress enough how happy I am that this place exists. No matter the mood I’m in, their drinks are the perfect pick me up and I’m here weekly. My go-to is the Goddess energy with a little bit of honey, but the whole menu is good! Friendly staff too, but I do wish there was some type of reward system.

The cacao here is good, and the vibes are amazing. It’s the kind of place where you run into awesome people whose very presence brings you peace and joy.

I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

FAQ

To know if you're doing a yoga pose correctly, channel your inner detective. Observe your alignment, check in with your breath, and listen to your body. If something feels off, make adjustments or ask your instructor for guidance. Remember, it's not about being perfect – it's about finding what works best for your body.

Yoga can help with energy levels and fatigue like a natural energy drink for your body. It can help improve blood flow, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than guzzling energy drinks all day.

Yoga can help with insomnia like a lullaby for your mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can interfere with sleep. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and fall asleep more easily.

How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.

Yoga for children is like a superhero training camp, only without the spandex and capes (unless you're into that sort of thing). It can help improve focus, concentration, and coordination, while also promoting self-esteem and body awareness. Plus, it's a great way to tire them out before bedtime.
