Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. Breathwork is directly translated into Pranayama. In Sanskrit, Prana means vital energy and Yama means restraint. In this class, we will explore the ebb and flow of your ‘life force energy’.Working with this breath is equally restorative as it is transformative. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization.Your experience will be different every time you attend and you will always receive exactly what you need. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process.Come as you are, everyone is welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are.Mae DeevyMae Deevy is a Certified Hypnotist, Integrative Coach & Host of the "Stories from the Subconscious" Podcast. I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the social side, coming to the lounge is always a comforting place to be, it is one of the friendliest places in Austin. I always look forward to spending time in the lovely community. Thanks Bart Shar

FAQ

Yoga can help with migraines like a superhero swooping in to save the day. It can help reduce stress and tension, which are common migraine triggers. Plus, the focus on breath control can help you manage migraine pain.

Yoga is like a fountain of youth, but without the creepy side effects. It helps to maintain flexibility, balance, and strength as you age, which can reduce the risk of falls and injuries. Plus, it keeps your mind sharp by teaching you to focus and stay present in the moment – no more forgetting where you left your car keys!

Yoga helps with injury recovery like a physical therapist, providing gentle and supportive movements to aid in the healing process. It can help improve flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and increase overall mobility. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than going to a physical therapy appointment.

Yoga helps with posture and body alignment like a GPS, guiding you towards your destination. It can help you learn to stand tall, align your spine, and move with more ease and grace. Plus, it's a lot more fun than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.

Yoga helps with mental focus and concentration like a superhero cape, giving you the power to stay on task and achieve your goals. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce distractions, and increase mental clarity. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than wearing a cape.
