Join us for a monthly meetup focused on cultivating a renewed sense of community and interdependence as we navigate through life's ebbs.This event is for anyone moving through challenge, transition and change. Attendees will deepen into themselves through somatic writing, receive the gift of being witnessed and witnessing, and soothed as we end with sound healing. Walk away knowing that you are never alone and always deeply loved.

The third eye lounge is a sanctuary for those experiencing a common awakening. The yoga and breathwork classes offered are valuable, insightful and have added great awareness to my practice. I also love the cacao and community it fosters! Every Friday there’s an open mic in the cacao lounge which is a great place to connect with other beautiful people

The instructors are all fantastic and intuitively touch on things that I am working on. I’m forever grateful. I recommend for anyone in the Austin area. I am here for a month doing a show at ZACH Theater down the street. They pointed me in this direction and I’ve been taking class almost every day before rehearsal. It’s been a game changer.

I've lived in Austin 15 years and have always wanted to spend more time in/around the Casa De Luz and Third Eye Lounge community, and decided to dive in with the intro package at the start of 2024. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Booking is easy, parking nearby is abundant, and there are props/blankets/mats on site. The community is welcoming, humble, and very diverse. Truly a mix of ages, backgrounds, and nationalities. There's a wide range of classes and events, the instructors are professional and provide consistently good experiences (each with a different personality), and the space is a nice haven right in the middle of Austin. I am also a member of a local gym that I love and have taken Yin classes there, but stepping away from a fitness space to practice mindfulness has been a nice change of pace.
