Sacred Circle: Powerful Yoga and Ayurvedic Practices At Flow Yoga Georgetown with Tylee P.
APRIL | AWAKEN
As the earth begins to thaw and the first signs of spring emerge, we are invited to awaken from winter’s slumber and step into renewal. AWAKEN is a 2-hour Sacred Circle designed to align you with the natural rhythms of spring using Ayurvedic wisdom, breathwork, movement, and self-exploration. This gathering will guide you in shedding the heaviness of winter, rekindling your inner fire, and embracing the clarity and lightness of the season.
Through guided practices, reflective journaling, and intentional rituals, you will reconnect with your Inner Spring—the energy of renewal, possibility, and expansion. We’ll explore Ayurvedic cleansing techniques ,breathwork to invigorate the mind, and self-inquiry to uncover what is ready to bloom within you. This circle also serves as a stepping stone toward our upcoming Embodied Rhythms retreat, where we deepen our seasonal embodiment journey.
What to expect from this month's gathering:
• Gentle Yoga Practice
• Discussion and Journaling
• Meditation
• Share & Connect
• Practices to Take Away
What to bring:
• You and Your Bestie!
• Journal & Pen
• Water

• Anything else you may want or need for your heart, body, and soul.

Yoga is like a soothing lullaby for your body's aches and pains. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles, all of which can contribute to reducing chronic pain. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime supply of pain relievers.
Mindfulness in yoga is like the glue that holds everything together - it helps you stay present and connected to your body and breath, and can even enhance the mental and emotional benefits of your practice.
Yoga is like a posture-perfecting superhero, swooping in to save you from a lifetime of slouching. It strengthens your core and back muscles, which helps to improve your posture. Plus, it's a lot more fun than wearing one of those posture-correcting devices that make you look like a robot.
Yoga helps with energy levels and fatigue like a power nap, helping you recharge and refresh. It can help improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and increase overall energy and vitality. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than trying to sleep on a crowded airplane.
Yoga is like a tightrope walker for your body. It can help improve your balance by strengthening your core and leg muscles, and improving your proprioception (your body's awareness of its position in space). Plus, it's a lot more fun than walking a tightrope all day.
