OM chanting is more than just vocalization; it's a journey inward, resonating with the essence of our being. Through synchronized chanting, we create a harmonious vibration that transcends the physical realm, calming the mind and soothing the soul.

 

A note from the facilitator:

My offering revolves around creating a holistic and transformative experience for my students, one that transcends the physical practice of yoga to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Through my classes, I aim to provide a sacred space where individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.

Central to my vision is the integration of ancient wisdom and modern practices, offering a blend of traditional teachings with contemporary insights. OM chanting, a powerful tool inherited from the sages of the past, forms the cornerstone of this experience. It serves as a gateway to inner peace, emotional balance, and spiritual connection.

In each session, I guide participants in exploring the depths of their being, tapping into their innate wisdom and divine potential. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and the resonance of OM, we cultivate a sense of presence and awareness that permeates every aspect of life.

My vision extends beyond the confines of the yoga studio, aiming to inspire individuals to carry the essence of their practice into their daily lives. By fostering a community of support and encouragement, I envision empowering others to live authentically, aligned with their true purpose and highest aspirations.

The third eye lounge is a sanctuary for those experiencing a common awakening. The yoga and breathwork classes offered are valuable, insightful and have added great awareness to my practice. I've lived in Austin 15 years and have always wanted to spend more time in/around the Casa De Luz and Third Eye Lounge community, and decided to dive in with the intro package at the start of 2024. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Booking is easy, parking nearby is abundant, and there are props/blankets/mats on site. The community is welcoming, humble, and very diverse. Truly a mix of ages, backgrounds, and nationalities. There's a wide range of classes and events, the instructors are professional and provide consistently good experiences (each with a different personality), and the space is a nice haven right in the middle of Austin. I am also a member of a local gym that I love and have taken Yin classes there, but stepping away from a fitness space to practice mindfulness has been a nice change of pace.
