Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.

I love visiting flow yoga studio. The aura and the energy it holds hits different. I feel connected to myself and I really enjoy having a full hour to myself without any disturbance. Each teacher is amazing and even with same class, I have not seen a repeated yoga. Its different each time. Lastly, I feel its affordable and does not miss on the quality.

I absolutely love yoga at this place, ease of booking and options of times and classes, makes it so easy to find one to attend!! I love the yoga with sound bath class the most but looking forward to trying new ones! Plus, grabbing a small drink of tea at the end if my session makes it extra special.

I'm delighted with my experience at Flow. I have joint instability and yoga had been suggested as a way to increase joint support and help break up constricted faschia. In only a few weeks, my mobility is drastically better. I had tried a few yoga classes many years back but felt a little out of place honestly. Flow is actually amazingly inviting and welcoming! The facilities at the three Flow locations I've been to are really lovely. It's very calm and supportive with mats and supplies available so if you are just starting out, you can try a few classes with buying things. I LOVE the staff and how each person is so supportive of the individual journey we are taking with our own bodies. They will provide a series of different options for many of the poses so you can pick what makes sense for your strength level and always say that all poses are optional and you can always work at where you need to be. For folks like myself, this is incredibly supporting and welcoming as we start our journey. Given the sister locations all over the Austin area, it's great to be able to have the ability to drop into classes if I'm on the other side of town. While not my original notion, its also been really interesting to explore topics and classes associated with general wellness and meditation and get a feel for how mind can be as impactful on my health as body. I am loving my experience so far!

Flow Yoga is amazing. The staff are welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. The atmosphere at both locations I go to (Cedar Park and Georgetown) is calm, clean and welcoming. They offer a range of classes for all types of students - those who are new or those who are experienced. I highly recommend trying Flow if you're looking for a Yoga home!

Flow Yoga is a wonderful clean inviting place for all yogis, new or well practiced. I have only taken classes with Carolina and Zainab, both were exactly as described on the website, which is very much appreciated for someone who is new to the studio. I do wish there were classes between 1pm and 4pm for us mamas that have kids at school till 4pm and have to work in the mornings. Over all, I love the studio and am so glad I found it!
