Chakra Hypnosis At 3rd Eye with Crystal L.
Gather in community for a chakra spirit journey: a guided path inward to restore, remember, and renew.
A deeply immersive shamanic-infused hypnotherapy meditation designed to lead you through the energy centers of your body—your chakras—awakening your inner healer and reconnecting you with your truest self.
Through gentle breathwork, guided visualization, and energy journeying, we’ll soften the layers of the mind and drop into a deep restorative state. Each chakra becomes a portal, revealing insights, releasing old patterns, and inviting harmony back into your physical and energetic body.
This class is mostly lying down, allowing you to fully surrender. We’ll close with intentional breath to reawaken your system with clarity, lightness, and grounded peace.

Yin and yang yoga are like the yin and yang of the yoga world - they balance each other out. Yin yoga is slow and passive, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation, while yang yoga is more active and dynamic, focusing on building strength and heat.
Yoga helps with mindfulness like a GPS for your mind, guiding you towards the present moment. It can help you learn to focus your attention, reduce distractions, and increase self-awareness. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.
Yoga helps with energy levels and fatigue like a power nap, helping you recharge and refresh. It can help improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and increase overall energy and vitality. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than trying to sleep on a crowded airplane.
Yoga can help boost your immune system like a superhero cape for your cells. It can help reduce stress, which can weaken your immune system. Plus, the focus on breath control can help improve lung function and reduce the risk of respiratory infections.
Yoga can help with chronic pain and injury recovery like a physical therapist for your body. It can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and increase strength. Plus, it's a lot more fun than going to physical therapy all day.
