In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are. Mae DeevyMae Deevy is a Certified Hypnotist, Integrative Coach & Host of the "Stories from the Subconscious" Podcast. A true Austin oasis with a multitude of offerings. Bonus points right next to Zilker / Barton Springs.

Love this cacao bar! They sell both cups of cacao, as well as blocks of cacao from all over Central America, including Cacao Source and Nantli Cacao from Guatemala. The only thing I wish could be improved is their sustainability efforts. Every cup of cacao is served in a single use coffee cup. Maybe one day they could offer reusable mugs or cups for customers dining in. All in all, it’s a wonderful space and I highly recommend checking it out in Austin!

The meditation here is so good you’ll end up with more cacao than you can move in a 30 day period. What is your refund policy btw?

FAQ

To know if you're doing a yoga pose correctly, channel your inner detective. Observe your alignment, check in with your breath, and listen to your body. If something feels off, make adjustments or ask your instructor for guidance. Remember, it's not about being perfect – it's about finding what works best for your body.

Yoga helps with pregnancy like a prenatal vitamin, providing nourishment and support for both mother and baby. It can help you prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill.

Yoga helps with overall well-being and quality of life like a magic potion, providing a holistic approach to health and wellness. It can help you find balance, feel more grounded, and cultivate inner peace. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than swallowing a pill or going through a complicated treatment.

Yoga helps with digestion like a gentle massage, helping your body process food more effectively. It can help improve blood flow to the digestive organs, reduce bloating and constipation, and promote overall digestive health. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a stomach ache.

If you have an injury, think of yourself as a master chef adapting a recipe. You can modify yoga poses by using props like blocks or straps, or simply by adjusting your alignment. And remember, it's better to be safe than sorry – no one wants to end up with a yoga-induced injury that puts them out of commission for weeks.
