Community Clothing Swap At Flow Yoga North Loop with Mandi R.
Is it time to downsize the excess and make space for new inspiration?
Are you ready to release some energy and make room for new?
If you are interested in sharing your old treasures, we are opening the studio to provide a place of connection in the spirit of giving.
We are partnering with Austin Sell My Closet
Austin Sell My Closet is excited to kick off the Spring season with a April Clothing Swap, hosted by Flow Yoga (North Loop). Join us for an evening of sustainable fashion, community building, and fresh finds! Our goal is to keep clothing out of landfills by encouraging exchanging apparel amongst one another. Any remaining items will be donated to local non-profits supporting those in need. This event is open to all who wish to participate. We hope to see you there!
Here’s how the swap works:
-Bring your CLEAN, gently-used clothing, accessories, and shoes to exchange with fellow participants
-Place your items in the designated areas and browse through the selections brought by others
-Please practice equal give and equal take
***DISCLAIMER: We are not accepting children's clothing at this time. Please avoid bringing any household items, décor, or electronics. We also ask that you do not bring undergarments of any kind. Thank you
-----
We also have an abundance of books that will be marked down for you to check out and add to your library!
Come with: an open heart/mind, bag/tote to bring home items.
All leftover items will be donated to Austin Pets Alive Thrift & local shelters.
FREE! Except if you decide to buy a book or retail!

Yoga helps with mental clarity like a pair of glasses, helping you see things more clearly. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce mental clutter, and increase focus and concentration. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than wearing glasses.
Yoga helps with depression like a ray of sunshine, lifting your mood and brightening your day. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than taking antidepressants.
Choosing the right yoga style is like finding the perfect pair of jeans – it's all about personal preference and what fits you best. Do some research, try out different styles, and don't be afraid to mix and match until you find the perfect combination. And remember, just because your best friend swears by Bikram yoga doesn't mean it's the right style for you.
How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.
Yoga helps with injury recovery like a physical therapist, providing gentle and supportive movements to aid in the healing process. It can help improve flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and increase overall mobility. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than going to a physical therapy appointment.
