This is my 3rd week with the studio. This studio is great. The teachers are great. All of them wait for a chat and ask for feedback. Special mentions to Danille - I strongly recommend her flow yoga class. There were any never scheduling glitches. If you live in Cedar Park / Leander this studio is worth checking out.

Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details

Flow is a moving, breath-led class where you'll shift smoothly from one pose to the next without stopping to rest between them. You will be guided through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance. We begin with simple stretches, move into a sequence of uninterrupted motion, and end with relaxing poses. You will be guided with step-by-step instructions, while easier or harder options for each position will be shown. This class works for everyone—beginners get simpler options and more experienced students can try more challenging versions. You'll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and relaxed.Read class details

Gentle/Restorative Yoga in Cedar Park Texas on 2026-07-05 at 12 - 1pm

Deep Chill combines gentle movement with deep relaxation to help you release tension and find calm. This class starts with slow, easy stretches to work out stiffness, then transitions to restful positions. By staying low to the ground and holding poses longer, you facilitate a gentle myofascial release, helping to ease tension in the body's connective tissues while quieting the nervous system. Slow and low to the ground make it easy for people at any level, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.   Read class details
