Suitable to all bodies and abilities, modifications are offered throughout the practice.

  • Arrive early to allow the teacher to check in with you, have plenty of time to set up, unwind, relax and avoid disruptions by arriving at least 5min early. Class starts on time, we lock the doors in between classes.
  • Props and mats are available, if you prefer you can also bring your own.

I totally love Flow Yoga! The settings and energy surrounding the lobby is so beautiful and positive. The recent trial promo for unlimited classes has allowed me to explore the many different kinds of yoga and trainers. Not to mention the very unique and soul touching events held almost every weekend. Getting to know some of which I prefer more compared to the others. There is a kind to match however you’re feeling each day. I’ve enjoy it a lot and look forward to more. Namaste and thank you to Flow Yoga and all it’s trainers.

I'm really enjoying this studio! I love that it is not too big, creating a more intimate experience. Many of the classes truly are all levels, giving me the opportunity to explore my practice and not feel intimidated. I mostly go to North Loop, but am excited to explore the other locations!

Great diversity of flows and instructors. Most recently, attended Meg L.'s Monday night class and highly recommend! She has a wonderful cheerful spirit and creative sequencing.

I recently moved back to Austin after having been away for eight years. As a yoga teacher, I wanted to find a place to practice that honors yoga's roots. This studio doesn't disappoint. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The class schedules are so open and varied that it's impossible NOT to find something you enjoy.

Genuinely the best studio experience I've ever had. The teachers are all welcoming and knowledgeable, and there's always a huge variety of classes to take. On top of that, it's a truly safe place for lgbtq people. Plus, the rates are unbeatable!

I started going to Flow Yoga about a month ago and haven't met all the instructors yet, however, I've been very pleased with this studio so far. I like the fact that I can attend classes at either of their 3 locations. The studios have warm atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a place for people of all ages and yoga levels. I particularly enjoy classes taught by Carolina and Valentyna, and look forward to discovering other great instructors.

I've been to 2 different studios and they were both great with a good variety of classes, a warm welcoming environment (not too intimidating for a beginner) and events, as well. Was very thankful to be able to try it out at their introductory rate of $30 for 30 days.

FAQ

Yoga helps with stress and anxiety like a superhero cape, giving you the power to overcome your fears and worries. It can help you learn to breathe through challenging situations, increase resilience, and reduce the physical symptoms of stress. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than wearing a cape.

Well, imagine trying to pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Now imagine doing that while standing on one leg and reciting the alphabet backward. That's what yoga does for your coordination – it teaches you to be a multitasking ninja, gracefully moving through poses while keeping your balance and focus.

Yoga is like a soothing massage for your joints. It helps to reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, and improve overall joint health. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal masseuse to follow you around all day.

Yoga helps with joint health like a well-oiled machine, keeping your joints flexible and lubricated. It can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and inflammation, and prevent joint injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a tune-up at the mechanic's shop.

Yoga can help improve longevity like a fountain of youth for your body. It can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve cardiovascular health, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than drinking from an actual fountain of youth.
