Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details

Kundalini Yoga combines powerful breathing techniques, dynamic movements, and focused meditation to awaken energy in your body. Classes typically include repetitive movements (called "kriyas"), specific breathing patterns, chanting, and meditation that work together to balance your glandular system and strengthen immunity. Unlike other yoga styles, Kundalini sessions often feature rapid breathing, rhythmic movements, and holding positions while breathing in specific patterns. These practices help release stored tension, increase mental clarity, and create a sense of emotional balance and wellbeing. Suitable for all abilities - every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness level. Pro tip: Each teacher brings their unique approach to Kundalini Yoga. Yin Yoga in Westgate Austin Texas on 2025-05-25 at 7 - 8pm

Flow Yoga Westgate in Westgate Austin Texas Venus D.

Yin is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Working with the energetic systems of the body, Yin Yoga brings the body into balance, and improves its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props, and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to physical yoga practice. You will leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.Read class details

Easily the best, most affordable, and most welcoming yoga studio I've ever been to! I just joined about a month ago on the new member plan, the fact that I've gone to dozens of classes already for only $30? ... insane! Honestly, I think the unlimited plan is so so worth it if you're looking to go more than once a week, too. I used to frequent another studio in austin and eventually stopped my membership because the cost was not sustainable for me and I never really.. clicked with the classes. Every class there either felt too challenging or too relaxing. But here, I don't feel that at all! Every single teacher has been so welcoming, always include plenty of options to modify poses and have very unique touches to their classes. Plus the actual space is gorgeous at the Westgate studio!! I've already renewed my membership for the next month and can easily see myself staying for a long time to come

Have been to several classes over the past 2 months and have greatly enjoyed this studio. Several different teachers with different styles and flows available. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for beginners and/or seasoned yogi's. Will be back for more.

I started going to Flow Yoga on their 30 days for $30 pass which is such a good means of introducing their studio. I am more than likely going to sign on as a regular attendee as I’ve so enjoyed the classes. The space is beautiful and the instructors are welcoming and kind. I am a bodybuilder so dynamic movement isn’t as common for me in my day to day and have been using this as a means of getting back to my dancer roots, relieving aches and pains, and connecting with my body and it has been wonderful. Can’t recommend this studio enough. My favorite class so far is JJ’s flexibility + mobility. Check them out!

Flow has a great variety of class types & levels and special events. I returned to yoga with reduced abilities after many years away and felt very welcomed here, even in classes with more demanding content.

I am loving the variety of classes offered at Flow Yoga. There is a wonderful community gathering at the Westgate location and all of the yoga instructors have been very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Flow Yoga has become a safe space for me and part of my daily ritual, and for that I am so grateful! Every class I have taken - Flexibility + Mobility with JJ, Flow with Jillian, Somatic Movement and Self Massage with Venus, and many others - has been very fulfilling and exactly what I need. Each teacher seems to be in tune with the students and what we need for that day, and I walk out of class feeling better than going in. I have only been to the Westgate and 3rd Eye locations, but the quality and care at both are consistent and incredible. I highly recommend Flow to any Yogi, whether you are just getting into your Yoga journey or you have been practicing for a long time!

This studio is awesome. The room is one of my favorites, the staff is friendly, helpful and I always have a great session no matter which class I take. The accommodations are clean and I appreciate not having to lug my yoga mat and props around.

Great yoga studio with a lot of different class options

Amanda N. April 22, 2025

So lucky to have been a part of this beautiful community for the 30 day trial period they are currently offering! I spoke with the manager on my first day in and she was kind enough to inform me of the 30 days for $30 deal. She showed me around the studio and I was surprised to see they have everything a yogi needs (mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets) available to borrow during every class. This creates a safe space and community for beginner and advanced yogi’s alike. I’ve been to four or five classes a week during my trial and every instructor at the Westgate location is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient; offering modified poses throughout the class. The energy of everyone in the building is so warm and inviting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just recently my wife and I joined here at Flow Yoga and I have to say I’m super pumped on the overall vibe of the space and the community who practices here. The flow classes are perfect for a chill practice with great pace and as hard as you want them to be. The teachers whose classes we have attended are all highly knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely recommend coming!

FAQ

Your finest stretchy pants, of course! But seriously, wear something comfortable and breathable that allows you to move freely. No need for designer labels, unless you want to impress the yoga mat next to you.

Yoga for cardiovascular health is like a gentle workout for your heart. It can help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and reduce the risk of heart disease. It's like a love letter to your heart, only without the cheesy poetry.

Yoga is like a dance with your body, while meditation is a dance with your mind. Both practices can help you feel more centered and calm, but yoga incorporates physical movement, while meditation is more focused on stillness and introspection.

Yoga helps with weight management like a personal trainer, only without the whistle and clipboard. It can help you build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and reduce stress, all of which can contribute to weight loss and maintenance. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting calories.

Yoga can help lower high blood pressure like a calming force for your body. It can help reduce stress and improve cardiovascular health, both of which can lower blood pressure. Plus, it's a lot more fun than taking medication every day.
