Join us for an amazing evening of Breathwork and sound healing with the talented Shawn LaFountain that'll leave you feeling balanced and at peace.
Here's what you can expect:
Nervous System Chill-Out: We'll focus on downregulating and balancing your nervous system. Say goodbye to stress and hello to a state of heart-brain coherence. It's like a reset button for your body and mind!
Inner Peace : Find your inner zen through a deep connection with your body, mind, and spirit. We'll use the power of breath and sound to guide you there.
Sound Journey: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of shamanic drums and rattles, the melodies of a Native American flute, the calming resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, and the ethereal tones of binaural crystal singing bowls.
So, if you're looking to start your week on the right foot, come hang out with us. Let's breathe, relax, and find that inner peace together. Can't wait to see you there!
About Shawn:
Shawn LaFountain is a classically trained percussionist and former public school music teacher. After being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2022, he experienced a profound spiritual awakening, leading him to explore complementary healing modalities that helped him thrive through traditional allopathic treatments. Inspired by this newly awakened inner healer, he became certified in many of the modalities used on his personal healing journey. Now, as a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and Reiki master, he is passionate about leading others on their own healing journey to awaken the healer within. Shawn is an international best-selling author sharing the story of his healing journey and the transformational power of the complementary healing modalities of breathwork and sound healing. He lives in Austin, Texas and enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and playing video games with his son in his spare time.
