Voice & Pure Vibration: A Full Moon Sound Bath At 3rd Eye with Mae Deevy and G.

Voice and Pure Vibration with Gregory & Mae: a Sound Healing Experience is held on the 3rd Friday of each month. Gather in community for this special event as we near the full moon, a time for reflection and release; letting go of what no longer serves you. Receive healing vibrations to recalibrate your body, mind, and soul.

As Plato once said, “rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.” Gregory & Mae layer their voices together with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, handpan & more to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.

As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This 60-minute experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls as well as the purest of vocal harmonies... and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Some may wish to bring an eye mask (optional). No experience is required - come as you are.
Gregory & Mae are both members of the conscious indie sound healing band, "Mystic Revival." Connect with the band on Instagram @mysticrevivalband

Yoga mats are provided although you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring anything to make yourself extra comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.

Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. Breathwork is directly translated into Pranayama. In Sanskrit, Prana means vital energy and Yama means restraint. In this class, we will explore the ebb and flow of your ‘life force energy’. Working with this breath is equally restorative as it is transformative. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization. Your experience will be different every time you attend and you will always receive exactly what you need. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process. Come as you are, everyone is welcome.   Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

In this sound bath, you’re invited to sink deeply into the heart of the present moment, where all that you are already is. You’ll be gently held through the vibrations of singing bowls, channeled vocals, bells, gong, rattles, shakers, native flute, and guitar, revealing the ever-present now, where life itself hearts you, unconditionally, as you are. Allow the waves of sound to support you in coming home to your center as you breathe, relax, and allow your awareness to bloom. There is no journey to be taken, no distance to cross—just an unfolding into the gift of presence. The sounds will guide you to remember that home is not somewhere you go, but where you’ve always been. Please bring your own yoga mat. Bolsters and blankets will be provided. No experience needed - all are welcome.

A true Austin oasis with a multitude of offerings. Bonus points right next to Zilker / Barton Springs.

Love this cacao bar! They sell both cups of cacao, as well as blocks of cacao from all over Central America, including Cacao Source and Nantli Cacao from Guatemala. The only thing I wish could be improved is their sustainability efforts. Every cup of cacao is served in a single use coffee cup. Maybe one day they could offer reusable mugs or cups for customers dining in. All in all, it’s a wonderful space and I highly recommend checking it out in Austin!

The meditation here is so good you’ll end up with more cacao than you can move in a 30 day period. What is your refund policy btw?
