Where Strength Meets Flexibility :Intro to Splits At 3rd Eye with Katlyn M.

In this class we will explore strength and flexibility by learning active and passive strengthening and stretching drills to apply to our split practice. This class is for you if you are looking to get a basic understanding of the anatomy of the hips, use exercises that you can take home and invite into your own practice, put you on track to get your spilts with ease.
