Join Gurudhan, Sirgun, and Kirtan after Gurudhan’s class Sunday, June 30th for a cup of tea and casual discussion regarding the Kundalini and Meditation Teacher Training Program.

This event is free and open to anyone curious about learning the SCIENCE behind Kundalini kriyas & meditation explained from the perspective of meridian points, breathing, and more.

This training is about regulating our inner world so we can make better, healthier choices as we face our external circumstances.
