Join us for a transformative 2-hr workshop co-taught by Dr Lynn Chang of Career Zen and Carmen Grasoi of Flow Yoga. Unveil the powerful connection between your yoga practice, career fulfillment, and life balance. Using asana as a metaphor, Carmen will teach the STRENGTH of a pose as a reflection of your core beliefs, the EASE of a pose to symbolize your natural talents and being in flow, and the BALANCE of a pose to illustrate staying centered when the world around you is evolving.

Workshop includes: asana practice, career card game, small group discussion, personalized career insights, and resource handouts.

I just started Flow Yoga a few weeks ago. It is my favorite studio! It is a beautiful place with big windows and plants. The classes are not overcrowded so there is room to move. The instructors are so kind and encouraging. I go to classes about 3 times/week and look forward to each one. So happy to be here!!!

I started going to Flow Yoga after being sick for a few months, and it's been just what I needed to feel like myself again. The studio is beautiful and has such a calming vibe. They offer a great variety of classes, and all the teachers are fantastic. Parking is super easy, and their prices are affordable with no contracts! When I was adjusting my membership, Annie was super helpful—I got all my questions answered and everything set up quickly over chat on their website.
