Summer Solstice Yoga & Shamanic Healing At Flow Yoga Westgate with Angie K.
As the longest day of the year, Summer Solstice marks a time of celebration, transformation, and connection with the natural world.
It is a sacred time for renewal, growth, and abundance!
We will begin our time with a centering meditation and then a brief discussion about what we will be doing so that I can answer any questions you may have. I want you to know what you may expect during the ceremony and for weeks afterwards to help you with your healing and integration process.
Our ceremony will begin with opening up the Four Directions to connect to their unique animals and powers. We will then have a gentle yoga practice, journaling, energy healing, and a shamanic drum journey.
Through these, we will enter a gateway to harness the sun’s powerful energy for healing, rejuvenation, and deepening our connection to the Earth. It is also a powerful time to set intentions and welcome new beginnings.
Shamans perceive Summer Solstice as a time when the veil between physical and spiritual worlds is thin. It is a time to connect with the energy of the Sun and the Earth to cultivate personal power, access inner wisdom, and experience JOY!
Join me for a unique experience of celebration and healing.

Yoga can help improve mental clarity like a brain-boosting smoothie. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can cloud your thoughts. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you stay present and focused.
Yoga is like a bone-building superhero. It can help improve bone density by putting stress on your bones in a good way, which encourages them to grow stronger. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lifting weights all day.
Yoga is like a lullaby for your body. It can help improve your sleep quality by reducing stress, calming your mind, and promoting relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting sheep all night.
